I didn't expect to fine George Washington on the wall at the ghost town of Bodie, California. It wasn't easy to shoot, but I felt it was well worth it. I loved the lighting and emotional atmosphere of the moment. One of my favorite images of the summer...
Craig J. Satterlee has been a fine art and commercial photographer for over 56 years. He has also been a photography instructor at Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming for 36 years. His interest in photography started at the age of 14, when he took a photography class at school and instantly fell in love with the whole photographic process. Craig has been published in publications such as The Sun, Northern Lights, Cowboy and Indians, Photo Life, American Photo, Wyoming Elements, COLOR and won the Wyoming Visual Artists Fellowship. His work has been exhibited in over 800 photo shows all over the world.
